I always do Cardio First , Today I did weights and I didn’t like it by the time that I was doing my cardio I was really Tired XD.

The only problem that I have with the program is the diet , I’m vegetarian I’m going to need to replace the meat with something else … there is no way that I’m going to eat meat ! x_x lol?
